With the Trip log app installed, the drive to the job goes into your mileage records. It starts at your business address and ends at the job address. You enter the odometer readings and it is saved as a business trip.

Switch on Emergency for a job in the evening, at night or at the weekend, and tap the emergency surcharge as a line.
Log your hours
A stopped timer becomes a time entry under Time entries. Put the worked time on the job as labour with one tap.
Warranty on every invoice
Set your warranty period, 12 months by default, and every invoice gets a note on warranty for labour and materials.
Email invoice and receipt automatically
Choose whether the invoice goes to the client right after you create it, with the payment link. The payment receipt goes out as a PDF once the job is paid.
Keep internal notes
Note the cylinder type, key numbers and other details on the job. Internal notes never print on the invoice.
Search your jobs
Search by client, address, phone number or job number and open the job straight away.
How it works
Rates are regular products.
Your rates sit under Products with the Locksmith label. Change a price, remove what you do not offer or add your own rates. Install the app again and your prices stay as they are.
