Everything about a client on one page.

Open a contact and the details, the projects, the invoices and your notes are all there, each in its own section. Counters at the top tell you how many projects, invoices and contracts this client has before you open a single one. Contracts and subscriptions appear as soon as you use those parts of Byna.

  • Projects, invoices, contracts and subscriptions in one view
  • Your notes, next to the notes from that client’s projects
  • Name, company, KVK, VAT number, address and language on one card

Every email you sent, on the contact.

Byna logs the messages that leave the system, from invoices and quotes to contract requests, subscription notices and announcements. Each entry shows the subject, the moment it went out, and whether it was sent, failed or blocked.

  • Labelled by what it was about: invoice, quote, contract, announcement
  • Sent, failed or blocked, per message
  • Open one to see the recipient, the subject and the message itself

Reach for a contact from anywhere.

You rarely start in the contact list. Byna puts the same picker in your invoice, quote, project, contract and subscription forms, with initials and colours so you pick the right one. If the client is new, you add it there without leaving the form.

  • Search your contact list on name, company, email, phone or KVK number
  • The same picker in every form that needs a client
  • Add a new contact without leaving what you were doing

Write to a client in their own language.

Set a language on the contact and everything Byna sends to that client follows it, the email text and the attached PDF alike. Leave it empty and your own default for client communication is used.

  • Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Turkish and Arabic
  • Applies to the email and to the document it carries
  • Set per contact, with one default for the rest

Kept in order for you

A contact list is only worth having if it stays accurate. These are the parts Byna looks after.

Person and company together

First and last name, company name, KVK and VAT number, address, email and phone in one record, so you never keep two half lists.

A language per contact

Pick the language a client is written to in. Seven languages are available, and the setting carries over to emails and PDFs.

Numbering per contact

Every contact gets its own code, and invoice and quote numbers run in their own sequence for that client.

Notes that stay put

Write notes on the contact with basic formatting and images, and give each one a colour. Notes from that client’s projects show up on the same page.

Contacts from your forms

A submitted public form is matched to an existing contact by email or phone, and can create a new one when there is no match.

Deleted is not gone straight away

A removed contact moves to the restore list in your settings and can be brought back for 30 days before it is cleared for good.

Common questions

Not within one record. A contact holds one person plus a company name, so for a second contact person you create a second contact and give it the same company name. Searching on that company name brings them all up together.

Try contacts free for 30 days.

Cancel any time, and your data stays exportable.
