Sell products with a payment link or shop page.
Put one product or your whole range behind a link and share it wherever you like, without a webshop of your own. Buyers pay by iDEAL or card, or order on invoice as a business. Every order gets an order number, a contact and an invoice, and tracked stock goes down straight away.
One link to one product or your whole range.
Choose whether a shop sells a single product or a selection. A single product opens straight on its product page, with the photo, the price, the shipping costs and variants such as size or colour. A shop with several products gets a search field, categories, a cart, a wishlist and a row of bestsellers once something has sold.
- A single product or a whole shelf behind one link
- Variants with their own price and stock
- Search, categories, cart and wishlist
Checkout by iDEAL, card or on invoice.
The buyer fills in a name and an email address, picks delivery or, when you offer it, pickup and pays by iDEAL, card or another method you turned on with Stripe or Mollie. The money goes straight to your own account. Switch on paying on invoice and a business orders with its company name and a Chamber of Commerce or VAT number, then pays within 7, 14 or 30 days.
- iDEAL and card through your own Stripe or Mollie account
- On invoice for businesses, even without a payment provider
- Your terms and conditions accepted with every order
Every order creates a contact and an invoice.
As soon as the payment is in, or the order on invoice is placed, Byna finds the buyer by email address or creates a new contact. The invoice lists the products, the shipping costs and the VAT per rate, and after an online payment it is marked paid right away. The buyer gets an order confirmation with the invoice as a PDF: always for an order on invoice, and for a paid order when you switch that on.
- An existing contact matched by email address, or a new one
- Products, shipping costs and VAT on the invoice
- Paid online means marked paid
Ship orders and keep the buyer posted.
Every order follows the road that fits its delivery: shipping, pickup or nothing to send. Mark it shipped and add the track and trace code, and the buyer gets an email with a link to follow the parcel. The buyer’s own order page always shows the latest status, and an order with nothing to send completes itself after the confirmation.
- Shipping, pickup or nothing to send
- Track and trace with PostNL, DHL, DPD and more
- Cancelling puts the stock back on the shelf
See how many visitors actually order.
Per shop you see visits, unique visitors, orders, revenue and conversion over 7, 30 or 90 days or the past year, with arrows against the period before. The funnel shows how many people opened the shop, started checkout, clicked pay and ordered, and the traffic sources show where they came from. Byna stores no IP addresses for any of it.
- Visits, orders, revenue and conversion
- A funnel from opening the shop to ordering
- Traffic sources, without storing IP addresses
What you can do with it
Discount codes
A percentage, a fixed amount or free delivery, with a minimum order, a start and end date and a limit in total or per buyer. A code works in one shop or in all of them.
Shipping costs per country
Set rates per country, with free shipping above an amount. A product without rates of its own falls back on the shop’s default shipping costs, and buyers see within how many working days you ship.
Pickup at your address
Switch on pickup with your address and instructions, such as opening hours. Buyers choose it for free at checkout and hear from you once their order is ready.
Digital products and services
A cart with nothing physical in it asks for no address and no shipping costs, and the order completes itself after the confirmation.
One reminder after checkout
When a buyer left the payment page after filling in an email address, Byna sends one reminder an hour later with the cart in it. You switch this on per shop.
An email for every sale
You get an email when something sells, at most once every 30 minutes. Sales inside that window arrive bundled in the next email.
Your colour and banner
Pick an accent colour, put a banner above a shop with several products and show the payment icons. Your logo and company details sit on the page.
Order numbers that give nothing away
Every order gets a random number such as #7KQ2M9XD, so a buyer never sees how many orders you have had.
Your own terms at checkout
Link your terms and conditions and the buyer ticks them together with the privacy policy before the order goes through.
