Everyone in one workspace, with their own access.

Invite colleagues by email, give them a role and decide per module what they can see and change. They work in your account with their own login, and their menu only shows the parts they are allowed to open.

One place where the whole team sits.

Every colleague you invite appears on your team page with their role, their status and the day they joined. Switch between cards and a table, search for a name, and open someone to change what they can reach. Once they are in, they work in the same clients, invoices and agenda as you.

  • Role and status on every member
  • Card view or table view, whichever you prefer
  • Same clients, invoices and agenda for everyone

An invitation takes a minute.

Type an email address, pick the role and send. Your colleague gets a mail with your company name and the chosen role, opens the link and signs in with the Byna account they already have, or creates one. Your account then becomes one of the workspaces they can open.

  • Choose the role while you invite
  • The link stays valid for seven days
  • Resend or cancel while the invitation is open

Permissions you can actually explain.

Byna comes with three roles: Administrator with full access, Manager for everything except team and settings, and Viewer for read only. Sitting somewhere in between, you build your own role in a grid of modules, where every module carries its own view, create, edit and delete switches. The grid only lists the modules your plan and your installed apps include.

  • Administrator, Manager and Viewer are there from the start
  • Build your own roles and reuse them across people
  • Add one permission on top of a role for a single person

You can always see who did what.

Every change lands in the log with the name behind it. Filter down to team member actions only, or to one person, and read the old and the new value side by side. When somebody stops for a while, switch them off instead of removing them. Their access ends and the history stays where it is.

  • Filter the log by person or by team member actions
  • Old and new value on every change
  • Deactivate to pause access without losing the record

Access arranged the way you work

A team is rarely one flat group. Byna lets you draw the line per person, per module and per action.

Three roles to start with

Administrator, Manager and Viewer are available from day one. They cannot be edited or deleted, so they always mean the same thing.

Permissions per module

View, create, edit and delete for each module, with extras such as sending or running where a module needs them.

One extra for one person

Put a single permission on top of someone’s role when they need a little more, without changing that role for everyone else.

Pause instead of remove

Switch a member off and their access ends on their next click. Switch them back on when they return, with the same role.

Apps bring their own roles

Install the driving school app and a driving instructor role appears. The sales app adds three sales roles of its own.

One login, several companies

Somebody can belong to more than one Byna account and switch between them, without a second password to remember.

Common questions

You send an invitation from the team page with an email address and a role. Your colleague gets a mail carrying your company name and the chosen role, opens the link and signs in with their Byna account or creates one with that address. The link is valid for seven days, and you can resend or cancel it as long as it is still open.
