A repeating appointment is planned once.
Weekly, every other week, the first Monday of the month, or every working day. Byna builds the whole series and keeps it as one record. When a single week is different, you change that one occurrence, or that one and everything after it, and the rest of the series stays exactly as it was.

Share a booking link and the other side sees only the times you actually have free. Byna checks the chosen moment against your agenda while they book, puts the appointment straight into your calendar and sends a confirmation. Nobody has to create an account.

Connect your Google account once and choose which way changes should travel. What you plan in Byna shows up in Google, and what you plan on your phone shows up in Byna, normally within a minute. Repeating series, all day events and cancelled occurrences come along.

Everything around an appointment
An appointment is rarely just a time slot. Byna keeps the address, the client and the follow-up attached to it.
A reminder before it starts
Byna notifies you inside the app, from 15 minutes up to two days ahead. Set the default once, or pick a different lead time on a single appointment.
Address and map view
Add a postcode and house number to an event, then switch the agenda to map view to see where the day is taking you.
One agenda for the team
Team members plan in the same calendar. Filter the view down to one person when you only want to see their day.
Lessons and exams included
Driving lessons and exams planned in the driving school module land in the same agenda, and the student gets a reminder by email.
Linked to clients and projects
Attach clients to an appointment and it appears on their record. Hours you log on a project show up in the agenda too.
