Contracts that come back signed.
You bring your own contract. Paste or type the text, or import a Word file, and Byna sends it to your client. They enter a code from their inbox, read the contract and sign it on the screen. The signed PDF goes to both of you and stays attached to the client.
Add your own contract.
Byna has no ready made contracts and does not write them for you. Paste the text from your own document, type it in the editor or import a Word file, and you get text you can still edit. Byna adds the party details, the dates, the price and the signature block around it. Fields left in square brackets, such as [amount], hold the contract back until you fill them in.
- Paste, type or import a Word file
- Your details and your client’s details fill in on their own
- Open [fields] stop the contract from going out

Your client reads it on a phone and signs with a finger.
The link in the email shows nothing but the contract number and your name until a 6-digit code from your client’s own inbox checks out. After that the whole contract appears, with both parties side by side, and the signature is drawn straight on the screen. No account, no app and nothing to print.
- A code of 6 digits, valid for ten minutes
- Signature drawn with a finger or with the mouse
- Works on a phone, a tablet and a laptop
You can see where every contract stands.
Draft, sent, viewed, signed or cancelled. The list shows the status of all of them, and every contract carries its own timeline with the moment it went out, the moment it was opened and the moment it was signed. If nothing happens, Byna reminds your client after three days, after a week and after two weeks, and stops as soon as it is signed.
- Draft, sent, viewed, signed and cancelled
- Automatic reminders after 3, 7 and 14 days
- Resend, cancel or duplicate from the contract itself
What was signed, when and from where.
Signing stamps the contract with the date, the time and the IP address it came from, and keeps the drawn signature with it. You and your client both get the signed PDF by email straight away, with the same details printed underneath, and the contract stays on your client’s page next to their invoices and projects.
- Date, time and IP address recorded on signing
- The signed PDF goes to both parties by email
- Signed contracts stay attached to the client

Around the signature
The parts that turn a document into an agreement you can still find back a year later.
A code before anything opens
The signing link on its own reveals only the contract number, the title and your name. The document appears after a 6-digit code from the recipient’s own inbox, good for ten minutes and five attempts.
Import a Word file
Choose a Word file and the text lands in the editor, ready to correct before you send it.
Start and end dates
Record the date a contract takes effect and the date it ends. Once the end date has passed, a contract that was never signed can no longer be opened or signed.
Price and payment terms
Show a fixed price, an hourly rate or a monthly amount, with a term of 14, 30 or 60 days, on completion, or your own wording. Or leave the pricing off the contract entirely.
Attached to client and project
Every contract belongs to a client and can point at a project as well. It shows up on both records, and the emails around it stay in that client’s communication history.
In the language of your client
The invitation, the code, the reminders and the signed PDF go out in the language on the client record. The signing page itself carries a language switcher for the visitor.
